Rules

BEHAVIOR:

Guests are expected to treat the space and its surroundings with respect, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

TAMPERING WITH SECURITY OR SAFETY DEVICES:

DO NOT tamper with the power source or over-all state of any security or safety devices. This includes SECURITY CAMERAS, SMOKE DETECTORS, DOOR LOCKS, and any other devices that are in place when ​you arrive.

DECORATIONS:

Please do not tape, tack, adhere or affix anything to the walls without explicit prior consent. ​

SIDE DOOR:​

This door is only for use IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. Please use the main entrance as a primary access point to enter and exit the space. ​

CLEAN-UP: ​

DISPOSE OF ALL TRASH IN SEALED TRASHBAGS. ​

EMPTY all clear fluids and liquids before putting them in trash bags. ​

DO NOT flush any food or grease down the toilet or sink. ​

Guests are responsible for cleaning up the space after their event. Dispose of trash in the silver trash can inside the space and leave the space in the same condition as it was found.​

NOISE LEVELS: ​

Keep noise levels reasonable and in consideration of neighbors, especially during late hours. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed.​

GUEST LIMIT: ​

Adhere to the maximum guest limit specified in the booking. Any additional guests must be approved in advance. Any non-approved guests past the guest limit will incur an additional 25$ per person charge.​

NO-SMOKING: ​

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the space. The only approved smoking area is 10ft from the front entrance of the Peerspace. ​

NO PETS: ​

Pets are not permitted in the space. ​

FOOD AND DRINK: ​

Outside food and drinks are allowed. ​

DAMAGES: ​

Any damages to the space, its contents, or equipment must be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for repair costs.​

ALCOHOL AND DRUG USE: ​

The space is BYOB. Please consume responsibly and follow local laws. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.​

SAFETY: ​

Guests are responsible for the safety of their attendees. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and evacuation procedures.​

PARKING: ​

Follow any parking instructions provided. Ensure guests park only in designated areas and don't block driveways or access points.​

TIME MANAGEMENT: ​

Adhere to the agreed-upon start and end times of the rental. Overtime will incur additional charges.​

COMMUNICATION: ​

Maintain open communication with the host and promptly address any concerns or questions.​
